This procedure gives you the opportunity to apply for a retirement pension provided you are resident in Austria.
Requirements
In general, women are entitled to an retirement pension after reaching the age of 60 and men are entitled to a retirement pension after reaching the age of 65 if the qualifying period has been fulfilled.
To submit an application online, you will also need to sign in using ID Austria.
Competent authority
The application is automatically sent to the relevant branch office or service centre.
